Walkthrough
We walk the outside of the home with you and assess peeling areas, trim condition, moisture, and access, noting any older-home considerations.
Written proposal
You receive a written proposal, typically within a few business days, that separates prep, carpentry, and painting so the plan is clear before work begins.
Prep, then paint
The surface is washed and prepared first, and painting days are planned with you—around your household and the weather. A field supervisor meets you before work begins, and you have direct numbers for the field supervisor and crew leader.
Final walkthrough
We review trim, edges, and touch-ups together, confirm the warranty terms, and make sure the grounds are left the way we found them.

Expert Preparation and Application
Every exterior project is tailored to the home, its surfaces, and its scope. For a full-home exterior, the work typically moves through six phases—from protection and preparation to the final walkthrough.
Protect and set up
Landscaping, walkways, windows, doors, fixtures, and nearby surfaces are covered and protected before work begins.
Wash and assess
The exterior is washed to remove dirt, mildew, chalk, and loose debris. We then identify areas that require repair or additional preparation.
Scrape and sand
Peeling or failing paint is removed, and rough edges are sanded smooth so the new finish has a sound surface to bond to.
Repair and prime
Damaged wood, open joints, cracks, and failed caulk are addressed according to the project scope. Bare and repaired areas are spot-primed as needed.
Apply finish coats
The specified exterior coating is applied for even coverage, clean lines, and durable protection. Each surface receives the method best suited to its material and condition.
Inspect and clean up
We review the finished work with you, complete touch-ups, remove coverings and equipment, and leave the property clean and ready to enjoy.
